The property can be sold with the business, held by the seller and leased to the buyer of the business, or leased to the business buyer long term and sold to an investor. If the property is leased we can determine the correct market rental rate and factor that in to the business value. We can also negotiate with the property owner on the extension of the lease and changes to other lease terms to make the business more attractive to potential buyers as well as the transfer of lease to the business buyer.
